Grandview Woodland Plan Approved

2016 August 6

On July 28th Vancouver City Council approved the Grandview-Woodland Plan. We are very pleased the plan has been approved and more specifically that the plan includes an amendment to consider up to 12 storeys at Commercial and Venables to fill a funding gap. We thank City Council for their time listening to speakers and City Staff for their work on this comprehensive plan over the past four years. We look forward to continuing to work on our vision for an inclusive community at Commercial and Venables and will continue to share our progress in an open, transparent way.
